KEVIN P. O’DONNELL

Kevin oversees HRA's ongoing Client engagements and projects, as well as having direct involvement in all M&A activities. He has over 25 years of senior leadership experience with regional and national healthcare companies. His operations management experience includes home care, hospice, medical equipment/supplies, telemedicine, specialty pharmacy/ambulatory infusion and other specialty care services/products. Prior to founding HRA and serving as its President & CEO, he was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Voluntary Hospitals of America’s (Vizient) Home Care Division and Senior Vice President of HPI Health Care Services, which operated hospital pharmacies and home infusion businesses.
Frank Gerome

Frank is HRA's lead partner for exit planning and value acceleration services. His career has focused on businesses in transition including start-ups, high growth situations, turnarounds and acquisitions. Frank has been a business owner, an executive in privately and publicly held companies, a strategy and management consultant, and a partner in a venture capital firm. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Starr Frame LLC. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager for Mobilex USA, a national portable diagnostics services company and a Partner at STARTech Early Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund. Frank began his healthcare business career as a General Manager with American McGaw, a division of American Hospital Supply Corporation.
Michael B. Gooden

Mike is HRA's lead partner for home care and hospice operations. His engagements focus on new market entry and business development for Clients in highly competitive settings. He has over 30 years of healthcare industry experience. He brings a depth of operating experience as well as M&A and franchise rollout experience. He has held VP positions with several national home care companies including Brightstar Healthcare, Comfort Keepers and Voluntary Hospitals of America (Vizient). Mike also has extensive marketing, sales and operations experience in the hospice sector, having played significant roles in the growth of two of the nation’s largest hospice companies, VITAS and Odyssey. He began his healthcare management career with Baxter Healthcare’s Respiratory and DME Division.
Bryan Lipinski

Bryan is HRA's lead partner for our hospital system Clients. With his leadership and operating skills, he assists hospital executives in evaluating and selecting their options for contract outsourcing (both clinical and business office support). He also leads a variety of engagements requiring his management expertise in operations and the roll-out of new healthcare technologies. He has over 25 years of senior leadership experience with regional and national healthcare companies. His management background includes President of Perfusion and Cardiovascular Services at Specialty Care, Senior VP at Fresenius North America and COO at Renal Care Group. Bryan’s operations management experience includes M&A integration, commercialization of biotech startups, wound care businesses and hospital outsourced services.
